Teachers are my people. That’s where this all began.
Teachers are some of the most heart-forward, creative, and hilarious humans I know. But more and more, they’re leaving the field — and it breaks my heart.
When I went through my coaching school (iPEC), I realized something powerful: What I was learning about energy, mindsets, and conscious choice, had the potential to support teachers’ energy, mindsets, and attitudes about the work, and after 2020, I knew what I understood about energy was something that held the potential to keep teachers in their roles!
To help them manage the emotional load.
To reframe the hard moments/days.
To remember why they started.
That realization lit a spark in me. I wanted to get those tools into as many educators’ hands as possible.
